    Who cares about the furniture unless you want that stuff included. I think the house is in a great location but the interior looks rather small on these pictures, would like to know the square footage in total. The roof top has potential.

    Seems rather narrow and the pictures are poorly taken. Would have loved a frontal view of that kitchen. You are right, Chalbe – people place way too much emphasis on furnitures.

    It’s too much money for a small and narrow townhouse. Location wise, it’s close to the subway but if you drive just a little west (10 minutes) along Davenport Road, towards Oakwood Ave and south of St. Claire West, there are more afordable homes in those residential areas.

    I’m surprised the place hasn’t been “staged” with better furniture. For better or worse, people are influenced by the furniture. If you want to sell for $1.3 million it had better be near perfect (or in Vancouver)

    Agree the outside is nice but the inside not so much. 1.3M is too much for this house.

    It has nice bones, and the rooftop terrace is nice but the kitchen and bathrooms need to be redone as well as completely repainted. I’d definitely pass on this one for 1.3M.

    Location is excellent with what appears to be a blank canvas for an interior make-over. One concern is the rooftop deck as the wood appears to be near the end of it’s lifespan plus the noticeable rust on the door hinges. Makes one wonder on how the rest of the house is like, infrastructure-wise.
