What is the point of a ‘water feature’ just inside a sliding door? I can imagine any buyer would certainly be getting ride of that if possible. The house looks like the developer ran out of money and is now listing the house well above market value to recoup his losses. Can’t imagine this selling anytime soon.

February 22, 2012 at 1:42 pm | by ShelI think it looks fantastic. I would love to have a home like that. Now,I need to find $2.7 million. I’d offer $1.2m and see what happens.
February 23, 2012 at 7:12 am | by JCI would fill the water feature with ice and put my beer in it.

February 23, 2012 at 11:42 am | by Well Paid...Not Wealthyhere here.
maybe you too are looking at this on an ipad and its decided to edit the photos. no water feature, no lap pool (possibly one and the same). i like the beer idea, dont drink it so it would be more of a recyclable artwork a la tracey emin
i think the seller has realised being an indiv in the subs isnt all its cracked up to be…. come live in the center we’re all crazy.
February 23, 2012 at 12:03 pm | by peachyWhat a horrible, cold and unpractical place! Seriously, who would live there? That hole, uh, water feature, is an accident waiting to happen! I can’t imagine who would need that much space… a family of 12 maybe?
February 23, 2012 at 6:15 pm | by AlexaNice exterior–but for 2.6M, I wouldn’t think that I would wake up to look at a stock standard backyard–complete with crappy chain-link fence… just sayin’
February 23, 2012 at 8:20 pm | by MikeDon’t forget to budget for window coverings when you move in so the neighbours (and raccoons)don’t amuse themselves by watching you tumble into the “water feature” on a regular basis. Also beware of the contemporary sinks in the bathrooms, those are the type that slosh water on your pants so you look like you’ve wet yourself :)
February 23, 2012 at 10:54 pm | by Jillcan you imagine if you just happened to see one of these houses featured after winning the lottery
