Outside looks fantastic …. a good designer/decorator doing the interiors will add some much needed style.

November 3, 2011 at 9:52 am | by aBleck. Great windows with an amazing view, though.
November 3, 2011 at 11:30 am | by CaitieNot for me … seems cold AND the fireplace openings are way too small for the huge rooms.
November 3, 2011 at 2:45 pm | by KnigalThe quiet kid in pic # 18 is hiding in shame beneath the bed, wondering who laid the carpet in that room. The double staircase/catwalk is overkill, and the bathroom looks like something out of Scarface.
November 3, 2011 at 2:50 pm | by MethinksInteresting – this house, which resembles a late 80s era hotel, was funded and built by… wait for it… a hotel magnate? No one could possibly tell just by looking at those pictures….

too bad it’s in the middle of no where
November 3, 2011 at 8:53 pm | by miloThere’s 80s–and then there’s EIGHTIES!!! Holy crap, did Tony Montana design that bathroom? Gold and black? Are you kidding me! Oh and where did the hodgepodge of furniture come from–Marty Millionaire?
Good grief. I understand the place was built in a different nasty era, but could you at least stage it decently. I swear that realtors these days sit on fat asses and wait for the dullest rich idiot (and hopefully blind in this case) to walk in a drop a wad of cash on them…

November 5, 2011 at 1:25 pm | by too bad!what’s with the anti-thornhill snobs? not every mansion has to be in the bridlepath or near avenue road.
November 7, 2011 at 4:52 pm | by too bad for you!Hey, I grew up in Thornhill (but alas, in the poor side of town). This area is nice (it beats the hell out of Mississauga) but for 2.8 I would be looking elsewhere. I am not sure what great schools the writer is referring to that are close by? Thornhill High School?
