  3. I think with all the goodies in there, it’s a very good price. I wish I have the money, maybe if I win the PMH Grand Prize ($3.99M) I will definitely swap the two and also pocket the $500K difference.

  4. I usually don’t like ‘country type’ decor, but this is so well done, so finely tuned, it really is a beautiful well thought-out home.
    Pick this home up and put it in a more central location and it would be awesome.
    But even so – it is awesome in itself. And I never say that. Actually it would make a great cottage too!
