The Place: A restaurant-slash-nightclub with sleek booth seating, graffiti-style wall art and a DJ booth. At night, the back of the restaurant turns into a dance floor.

The Food: Southern barbecue and trendy international fusion like tofu banh mi and tandoori chicken tacos. Bacon-wrapped faux sushi rolls come stuffed with chicken and jambalaya.

The Drinks: Fruity cocktails spiked with Alizé and blue curacao. Bottle service packages start at $410.

The Numbers:
• $500 for The Diageo, which includes one appetizer and 750ml bottles of Ketel One, Captain Morgan Silver and Jose Cuervo
• 24 different house-made barbecue sauces, including Memphis, Spicy and Hawaiian
• 4 types of Redneck Sushi: jerk, pulled pork, brisket and Italian chicken
