Winterlicious 2013 is bigger than ever with 191 restaurants participating in Toronto’s semi-annual orgy of cut-rate prix fixe menus, packed dining rooms and lousy tipping. Not all of these deals are smart picks, however, which is why we winnowed down the master list to a more manageable 61 Toronto Life–approved recommendations, conveniently divided by region into downtown north, downtown south, east, west and uptown. Restaurants start taking reservations on January 10 (January 8 for American Express cardholders), so get those dialing fingers ready.
