Parkdale gets its own pop-up flea market

At this rate, every rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood in Toronto will soon have its own flea market. On the heels of popular events in the Junction and Leslieville, a new market for antiques, collectables and handcrafted goods launches in Parkdale this Sunday with more than 50 booths set up inside and outside the Goodfellas Gallery space on Queen west of Dufferin. Alongside handmade jewellery, secondhand books, vintage Blue Jays gear and analog cameras, several vendors will be selling drinks and food. The flea market returns for an encore on August 4.

Free. 1266 Queen St. W., July 7 and August 4, 10–5.
