A monthly outdoor flower market is coming to Queen West this spring
A hub for fresh, locally-grown flowers is the newest entrant to Toronto’s already thriving market scene. The Toronto Flower Market will be held out-of-doors at the art gallery and restaurant space at 99 Sudbury on the second Saturday of every month from May through September. Fresh-cut, potted and bedding flower varieties sourced directly from Ontario greenhouses will be available, as will coffees and baked treats from the market café. Horticulturalist or not, strolling through a colourful oasis of local blooms, iced coffee in hand would make for an awfully nice afternoon.
