The Find: everything you need to tear up the tennis courts

The Find: tennis gear

Wimbledon is upon us, and while we may not be tennis professionals (shocker), we’re pretty sure we can go toe to toe with the long-haired hipster players at Trinity Bellwoods Park. In the spirit of what we’re dubbing “tennis season,” we pieced together the best clay court outfit that money can buy (with a few odds and ends for good measure). And since tennis can be one of the sweatiest games of the season, we know better than to suggest anything other than a tried-and-true white T-shirt. But a day on the court shouldn’t be all whites—here’s a roundup of gear that could work on and off the court.

A $700 lace skirt for tennis? You guys! Some lulu shorts & sport halter and you’re good to go. Also MEC has good performance t’s for men. Or Ralph Lauren/Lacoste/Penguin if you want to go preppy. No offense but this list blows.

    1. You cannot play tennis in running shoes
    2. Private clubs in Toronto are “whites only”
    3. What about merchant of tennis? – They actually carry the stella/addidas line

    4. I forgot to mention that Federer’s racquet has a strung weight of 12.6oz which is currently the heaviest racquet on the tour
    Way to go Toronto life!

Is Kevin Naulls trolling us or what? LOL! These are terribly selections. Wow. Clearly, he has never played a game of tennis in his life…

I remain baffled at how he got this gig and manages to keep it…
