This small and sleek den in the middle of clubland rolls out a streamlined array of sushi, noodle and teriyaki options to a buttoned-up suit-and-stiletto crowd. Crunchy slices of kaki fry, plump oysters coated in crisp panko, come with a tangy yuzu sauce. The tuna belly is supple, sea bream is delicately torched, and a robust horse mackerel is tamed by a tiny mound of slivered scallions. Vegetable udon, with string beans, asparagus and yams, does the thick noodle justice, but the dashi broth is too kelp-heavy. Mains $10–$31.
