While it no longer has Jamie Kennedy’s cache, this cozy wine bar remains steadfastly popular with downtown oenophiles. The stellar wine program has not wavered under Ted and Mary Koutsogiannopoulos, who offer an awesomely diverse selection by the glass. Many of chef Bryan Burke’s tapas plates seem more like mini-mains. Thick-cut pork schnitzel is juicy under a crisp panko crust, with lemony tzatziki on the side. The only misstep from the kitchen is overcooked scallops, but a sweet carrot purée and bacon-leek ragoût help pick up the slack. A simple square of carrot cake is as it should be, satisfyingly moist beneath a tangy cap of cream cheese icing. Small plates $5–$16.
