The restaurant is parked in an out-of-the-way industrial mall, and the interior reflects the shabby environs—harsh light, high ceilings and decor that could be described as warehouse shopping. But the cooking is very good, particularly the dry, deliciously smoky pork ribs and big-flavoured pulled pork. The wings are a little fatty and lacking smoke—they’re not bad, just not the best. The house sauce is made from vinegar, tomato, sugar, Worcestershire and a secret ingredient that can only be tamarind.
