Nearly every offering at this sandwich shop is named after a Wilco song. The roast beef, called Dreamer in My Dreams, layers thin folds of the meat with sticky caramelized onions, banana peppers, tomatoes and cheddar cheese between slices of cottony white bread. In Side With the Seeds, thick hunks of cheese loaf give sturdy support to a mash-up of red peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. The sandwiches are good, but could use some green to cut through the slabs of cheese and bread. Comforting sides include hearty pulled pork poutine on potato wedges.
