Condo of the Week: $8,500 a month for a two-bedroom suite in the new Four Seasons

Condo of the Week: 55 Scollard Street, suite 1901

Address: 55 Scollard Street, Suite 1901
Neighbourhood: Yorkville
Agent: Nissan Michael, Hazelton Real Estate Inc., Brokerage
Price: $8,500/month

The Place: A two-bedroom unit in the east tower of the new-and-improved Four Seasons Hotel and Residences.

Bragging Rights: You just might uncover the identity of the mystery buyer who paid a record-breaking $28 million for the development’s 55th-floor penthouse.

Big Selling Point: Gym–drinks–dinner becomes a feasible post-work plan when a fitness center, a cocktail lounge, and Café Boulud are all just an elevator ride away.

Possible Deal Breaker: Yorkville has shopping and restaurants but not a lot of green space. When you start craving masses of foliage, you’ll have to hoof it to a ravine in Rosedale.

By the Numbers:
• $8,500/month
• 1,578 square feet
• 24-hour concierge
• 19 floors up
• 3 bathrooms
• 2 bedrooms
• 1 balcony

Seriously??? Cheap ass kitchen with stove/sink/fridge all against the back wall. No better than a regular $500/sq.ft. condo by the crappiest developers in this city.
