Modelled on top white bordeaux, this is a wood-aged blend of sauvignon blanc and sémillon. Generous lime, green apple, fresh herb aromas nicely flecked with wood toast and smoke. Medium-full bodied, crisp and solid, with excellent length. Vintages Essential.
