Robert Mondavi 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

Napa cab is famous for lush elegance, which this wine begins to capture. The nose shows ripe plum and blackcurrant with well-proportioned chocolatey oak, leather and fresh mint. Full bodied and nicely concentrated, with a smooth middle but still turbulent tannin and some sourness on the finish. Very good to excellent length. Try aging it for a few years. Best 2011 to 2015. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 255513
