Soft, appealing, typically Californian cabernet, with sweet pipe tobacco, cherry, oak vanilla and varnish-mocha aromas. Medium-full bodied and smooth, with fine, ripe (not green) tannin. Very good length. Best 2008 to 2011. Vintages Essential.
