Beringer 2007 California Collection Pinot Grigio
The new California Collection line is one of the great competitors in the under $10 category. It shows a clean, mild nose of apple juice, with a touch of vanilla. Mid-weight, smooth and fresh, with some lemony acidity, but coarse alcohol heat on the finish. Chill well. It’s not as good as Beringer’s Estate pinot grigio but almost half the price. LCBO 112995
