This is the lightest champagne on the shelf at the moment. Shy but complex aromas of pear-apple, lemon, mineral and light toast. Veuve Clicquot NV Ponsardin Brut is very delicate and a touch sweet, with a lemony, mineral finish. Very good to excellent length.
