Segura Viudas has dropped the vintage date. This signals, perhaps, that it is getting harder to hold the quality for the price. This is a slim, barely off-dry bubbly with typical cava minerality in addition to notes of green olive, salted almond and dried fruit. Dry, chalky finish. Good length
