This new listing is among the less expensive champagnes stocked at the LCBO. And it’s not too shabby, either, with a rich yellow colour and mature nose of honey, cornbread, hay and cashews. It’s slightly sweet, open knit and fairly bitter, with a stale nut finish. Excellent length. LCBO 190025
