Light, lively and crisp, made in the traditional style from chenin blanc, cabernet and chardonnay grapes. Apple, pear and chalky aromas don’t offer much yeasty complexity (indicating a youthful blend), but a hint of sweetness softens it like prosecco, but with more French minerality. LCBO 621896
