TWO OCEANS 2008 SAUVIGNON BLANC
The new screw-cap version shows a typical Cape sauvignon nose of fennel, celery and gooseberry, with a lively squirt of lime. (A cork-finished sample that was tasted was not as good.) It’s medium weight, lively and persistent, with a dry finish and background note of parsley. LCBO 340380
