NEDERBURG 2008 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Already showing maturity, this is very complex and long on the finish—especially for the price—with sweet raspberry-blackcurrant, cedar, dried herbs and leathery notes. It’s medium to full bodied, dense and smooth, with considerable alcohol heat and chewy tannin on the finish. A great cellar starter. Best 2011 to 2015. LCBO 111526
