Nederburg 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
A price drop of almost $2 makes it a steal. Nederburg’s 2007 bottling is not a heavyweight, but it has gumption and considerable complexity: pepper, gunpowder, tobacco and currants along with celery notes. It’s medium to full bodied, sinewy and dry, and loaded with flavour. Best 2010 to 2013. LCBO 111526
