The price is creeping up, but this wine still offers good value. It blends several French rhône varieties to create a complex, rounded yet not soupy red, with ripe plum-prune fruit, olive, licorice and dried herb aromas. The wine is medium-full bodied, dense, warm and black pepper, with very good length. Vintages Essential. LCBO 718940
