Fish Hoek 2008 Sauvignon Blanc
While it bears a catchy name, it’s not very distinctive. There’s vague guava and cooked celery that’s spiked with some sauvignon green peppery character. Mid-weight, fleshy and a touch sweet, with a warm, peppery finish. Chill well. LCBO 129726
