Replaces Our Founder’s Shiraz with new label and a splash of white viognier in the blend— a popular softening trick that has been borrowed from France’s Côte Rôtie. Ripe blackberry fruit with tar, coffee bean and smoked meat notes. Full bodied, soft and fleshy; with cigar and licorice on the finish. Very good length. LCBO 554360
