A fresh, pure and focused sauvignon, with a more rounded feel. Lemon-lime, grapefruit, dried herbs, with hints of mineral on the nose. Lots of citrus fruit depth and acidity, with a clean and dry finish. Very good length. This is a good choice for sipping.
