A fairly lean, dry style of chardonnay with good flavour intensity. The flavours are quirky, with sulphur, matchstick and chive overpowering the lemon and apple fruit. Light oak. Serve cold to suppress the sulphur or cellar. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 326728
