COOPERS CREEK 2009 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Whereas some N.Z. sauvignon blancs are shrill and aggressive, this one is calm and balanced. (It is also a bit diluted, however.) The cool nose shows celery-parsley herbaceousness, with lime and vague granny smith apple. Expected a bit more length. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 957407
