Folonari 2007 Valpolicella
One of the old guard, Folonari seems to have turned over a new leaf. This is very well made, light, calm and elegant wine with fresh cherry fruit, floral and spice—exactly what basic valpolicella should be. Light to medium bodied, smooth and just a touch tannic. Very good length. Best 2009 to 2011. LCBO 828
