Von Buhl 2005 Armand Riesling Kabinett

90 Scores are assigned on a 100-point scale and reflect a wine's overall quality, but don't consider price.

85 to 89  very good
90 to 94  excellent
95 to 100  outstanding
Price Description
Wine Spectator’s Bruce Sanderson rated this 90 points a year ago, praising its vivid acidity while saying it needs time to harmonize, as young riesling always does. It has harmonized now. Aromatically there’s typical riesling petrol, dried peach and grapefruit. The drama unfolds on the palate, where ripe, intense fruit, lacy acidity and discreet 9.5 per cent alcohol create a delicate tension that Germany captures like no other. More than fair pricing: grab a hamper-full for summer sustenance. LCBO 60905
