Modern winemaking has revived the quality of muscat ottonel, a central European grape variety that had virtually disappeared from the LCBO’s shelves. Classic, lifted muscat aromas of spearmint, green grape, orange candy and licorice. It’s mid-weight, zesty and off-dry, with a lime-spearmint finish. Try it with sushi. LCBO 565812
