Thierry & Guy 2006 Fat Bastard Shiraz
This is a nicely made shiraz, though it lacks a bit of concentration considering the price. It’s going for an Aussie feel, with smoky, tarry, cherry and mineral aromas and flavours that have moderate intensity. Mid-weight and well balanced, with a dry, slightly earthy but not austere finish. Best 2009 to 2011. LCBO 563122
