Sauvion 2006 Muscadet Sèvre et Main Sur Lie
The 2007 may now be on shelves, but this 2006 still holds well. Fairly ripe, soft nose of applesauce, with a touch of spearmint and fennel. Light, crisp minerality typical of muscadet, with very good length. Well structured, with a dry, mouth-watering finish. LCBO 143016
