VINÃ TARAPACÁ 2009 SAUVIGNON BLANC
From a large estate in the warm mid–Maipo Valley, this is one of the biggest, softest and most tropical Chilean sauvignons, although California winemaker Ed Flaherty is seeking more herbal complexity and depth. Look for lemon, pineapple, herbal and peppery notes, and a hot finish. LCBO 414185
