SANTA RITA 2008 CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVA
This has a bit more colour, power and depth than other Chilean cabs in this price range. Expect a complex nose of blackcurrant, toasty oak, dried herbs and chocolate in the background. Medium to full bodied, dense with typical cabernet sinew, tannin and greenness. Best 2012 to 2015; some bottles age well for up to 10 years. LCBO 253872
