Santa Rita 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva

Santa Rita is pumping out some of the most intense wines in Chile. This is dense and complex, with an aromatic blast of blackcurrant, chocolate and smoke. It’s medium to full bodied and tannic, with firm acidity. The finish is bitter, so age it a while—this fruit will not fade quickly. Best 2012 to 2016. LCBO 253872
