Santa Carolina 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Reserva
More subdued and less tropical than the last vintage, with typical sauvignon grass, citrus and mineral flavours but not a lot of exuberance. Perhaps a touch of sulphur is suppressing the fruit. Crisp and fresh, with a tart finish. LCBO 337535
