J. Bouchon 2008 Sauvignon Blanc
From a cooler region in southern Chile comes a fresh sauvignon with a subtle nose of grapefruit, anise and fresh basil. There’s less tropical fruit than in wines from warmer regions. It’s mid-weight, juicy and fleshy, with a hint of sweetness. Slightly coarse. LCBO 531749
