Errazuriz Estate 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
With vitality, complexity, edge and good depth, this is very good for the price. Look for pepper, juniper and almost flinty notes framed around blackcurrant. It’s mid-weight and sinewy, with fine tannin and a juicy finish. Complete, nicely structured, yet still accessible. LCBO 262717
