ERRAZURIZ 2009 ESTATE 2009 CARMENERE
All the oak, mocha and spice veneer is unnecessary given carmenère’s naturally appealing herbs, pepper and sweet cassis. It’s mid-weight, fleshy and soft, with good acidity and youthful sandy, gritty tannin. Good depth for the money. The oak should settle back in a year or so. LCBO 16238
