This drinks beautifully, with a rich nose that combines cassis, leather, mocha, spinach and mint— a classic Maipo cabernet. There is the same sense of richness, smoothness and warmth on the palate— a wine that dovetails all its elements rather than trying to offer highlights. Think rare roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.
