Cono Sur 2007 Merlot
So well made for so little money. Part of this tasty wine’s secret is the cabernet and syrah in the blend. It’s fruity and mellow enough for all tastes but has stuffing, as well. Pure, sweet berry-plum fruit on the nose, touched with vanilla and cedar. Mid-weight, supple, almost polished texture with very fine tannin. A great casual red. LCBO 457176
