Concha Y Toro 2007 Trio Sauvignon Blanc
Sourced from three vineyards in Chile’s coastal Casablanca Valley, this is a slim, tender sauvignon with mild green apple, kiwi, lime and flinty aromas. Tart, almost lacy acidity is the centrepiece, with lime and mint on the finish. Its cool-climate roots show. Very good length. LCBO 678656
