Concha y Toro 2007 Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon
The neck label declares 2007 a “historic vintage” for its quality. Rarer still, the claim is true. From a famous sub-appellation of Maipo, this is a muscular cabernet for the cellar. Shows perfectly ripened blackcurrant, blueberry with menthol, coffee, salami and pencil lead. Dense, with drying tannin, it has excellent length. Best 2012 to 2016. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 337238
