Concha Y Toro 2007 Casillero Del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc
A more restrained style than previous vintages, with pale colour and a mild nose of peach, apple, fresh thyme, lime and some initial sulphur-related matchstick upon opening. Medium bodied, very fresh and rounded, yet shows tartness as well. Good length. A bit coarse. LCBO 578641
