Mild nose of grapefruit, lemon and anise. The 2006 Casillero Del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc is rather coarse, hot palate, with zesty grapefruit acidity. Fresh, if a bit austere; lots of flint and matchstick, amid asparagus and grapefruit. Hefty, dry and bitter. LCBO 578641
