This wine is based largely on merlot from the excellent Peumo Vineyard located in the Rapel Valley. It has appealing, fragrant chocolate, black cherry, coffee and herbs on the nose. Slim, finely honed texture and generous, sweet flavours. Chalky tannin. Very good length. Now through to 2010.
